Holy One, we honor the reproductive health care providers who serve their patients with skill, dignity, and compassion. We recognize the sacredness of their calling to care for their communities and their perseverance in the face of legal barriers, harassment, and threats to their safety.
We acknowledge the many people who contribute to the care of our reproductive lives— clinic staff, nurses, doctors, doulas, clinic escorts, therapists, pharmacists, volunteers, and those who work behind the scenes.
We see the countless ways that they show up for patients throughout different stages of their reproductive journeys, providing education, medication, procedures, counseling, and referrals that ensure their patients are able to protect their health, make their own decisions, and determine their futures.
We hold the vision of a future world in which reproductive freedom is secured for every person—that health care providers are free to offer the full range of services their patients need to thrive; that their patients are free to seek their care without restriction, shame, or stigma; and that the sacredness of our reproductive lives is honored by our institutions, our laws, and our practices.
Guide us, Holy One, in working together to bring this vision to fruition through our words and our hope-filled actions.
