Ariel Gold, Executive Director of Fellowship of Reconciliation, shares her abortion story in this excerpt from a webinar with the Religious Community for Reproductive Choice.
Ariel was the parent of two children, and in the process of a divorce, when she discovered she was pregnant. She chose to terminate the pregnancy because, in her words, “I knew that I could not give the children the future that I wanted to give them, the full future and all of me, including being able to advance my career, if I were to bring an additional child into the family.” Ariel also shares her experience accessing emergency abortion care.
